I am tired and not really sure why. I got 6 hours and 30 minutes of sleep last night. The night before I got 6 hours and 6 minutes. I know that I may have gotten a few hours less of sleep the two nights prior, but I don’t know what they were exactly because I didn’t wear my FitBit. I am nervous about what could be bringing on this low energy. My hope is that I am not eating enough of the right kinds of food to give me good energy. Another belief is that I am being drained by the sun more than I am normally used to. I know I haven’t consumed the normal amounts of water I have over the last few summers. Whatever, it is, I need to find a boost in energy sooner than later based on all that I have coming up on my life schedule.
